We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Quality Assurance Analyst**_Principal accountabilities:_**Perform alert reviews aligned with the global procedure.Select samples in line with appropriate model.Conduct review of each case, ensuring decisions are aligned to Quality Analyst procedures and Quality Analyst commentary for decision clearly describes the rationale to support the Quality Analyst decision.Work to ensure individual (your) Quality Analyst outcome are aligned across the Quality Analyst team.Escalate critical errors through appropriate channels.Conduct effective analysis of sampling outcomes and ensure that the key trends in terms of individual staff, themes and issues are identified.Write reports that are reflective of the key issues and provide sufficient details to communicate the context of the issue and support understanding of the issue.Agree and document the Quality Analyst recommendations effectively.Track Quality Analyst issues and escalate when appropriate.Throughout the above activities consider outstanding Audit findings and Issues identifies by Quality Analyst previously to look for opportunities to obtain evidences to close down those issues.Support in education activities for Latin America region.RequirementsKnowledge of sanction regulations and how they
