By providing our suppliers and customers with streamlined services, they are able to focus on their core business.**Roles & Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for polymers in Mexico, aligned with company objectives. (Indispensable experience)- Identify and target new business opportunities and develop and qualify leads.- Manage and grow relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and adherence to company terms.- Provide technical expertise and support to customers and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.- Travel throughout Mexico to meet with customers and attend industry events.- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.- This position will work in the Bajio zone**Qualifications/Skills**:- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, polymer science, business administration, or a related field.- 3-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the plastics industry or a related environment.- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.- Strong understanding of the Mexican plastics market and business culture.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.- Experience managing a sales team (a plus).- Travel flexibility.LI-REMOTE - Mexico
