A successful web art / designer must have a proficient level of understanding and functional capability in software designed for creation of graphics and designs from scratch, ability to edit and manipulate creative, and will be responsible for the development and creation of production ready graphics. You will focus on digital work for various brands, including but not limited to in-app promotion, product marketing, UI/UX, digital ads, web projects, and much more._**Accountabilities** / Responsibilities**- _Work in the conception of creative audiovisual ideas based on the objectives to be communicated._- _Construct the overall look and feel of a website to meet brand team desired specifications and outcomes_- _Produce creative motion graphics and editing work with a clear rationale._- _Adaptation of existing Key Visuals for: Digital Toolkits, Social Media Posts, Digital Ads (static, animated: banner, video, posts), web and App develop._- _Determine how best to represent a brand concept visually, specifically regarding art / graphic design_- _Have the ability to take control of projects and work independently as well as in team._- _Comfortable explaining best design techniques and practices as well as taking direction for design._- _Collaborate with brand and marketing to maintain fair and accurate schedules to deliver high quality work consistently and on time_- _Detail oriented, with an ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized while responding to last minute requests and adapt to changes in business trends._- _HIGH aptitude to learn new things and sense of urgency to get things done._**Qualifications/Requirements**:**Qualifications / Requirements**:- **Education**:- _Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field (interactive design, graphic design, visual arts, communication etc.)_- **Professional Experience**:- _2+ years of agency creative experience in web design._- _Experience in visual design, motion design and experiential design, combined with solid knowledge of how to demonstrate today’s digital channels and emerging technologies._- _Experience with google web designer is a MUST_- **Skills**:- _Clear understanding on specifications for digital assets to be deliver to media agencies._- _Basic understanding of UX process and accessibility best practices. Comprehensive knowledge of UI and Interactive Design trends._- _Proficiency in all applicable software (Photoshop, Illustrator)_- _An online portfolio showing a variety of digital, multi-platform, standout work._- _Experience with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments; CPG Experience a plus_- _Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills_- _Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making are a must_- _Knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote_- **Languages**:- _Language proficiency both in English and Spanish is a must for this role._If you have the profile that we are looking, send us your CV by this via, if it's possible that you can participate in this process we will contact you ASAP, if not we will keep your info in our base data for 6 months.**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo**Relocation Eligible**: Not Applicable**Job Type**: Pipeline
