**Job Function Duties**:Order receiving: Monitoring new orders mailboxManaging Orders: - Accurately enter orders into Emerson systems - Review purchase orders for standard requirements and for correct pricing including adders and specials - Flag potential issues with purchase order prior to entry and escalate accordingly - Determine correct product to enter using a variety of resources - Determine requested ship dates that meet matrix or other system dataPart number Creation: - Create part number in oracleLoad and tracking of clean up orders : Create of task in CRM, monitoring of clean up orders and support for resolution the issuesMeet monthly POR:- Responsible to meet monthly PORcommitments.Service Level: Comply with the OTD and service doctrine so asnot to impact on-time deliveries to the clientImprovements: - Constant search of improvements for thepersonnel, process, and system - Anticipate and flag potential issues with ordersprovided to enter system(s), prior to entryContinuous Communication - Ensure continuous communication with theEmerson sales force, inside sales and commercial area**Professional Degree Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree Business or closely related field or Engineering**Experience Requirements**:- Suitable degree in business related field or equivalent experience- Excellent detail orientation and ability to identify errors- Proficient computer skills- Ability to solve problems and multi-task.- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including using tact and goodjudgment when dealing with others.- Experience with Oracle strongly preferredTechnical Knowledge Requirements:- Management of the office package- Experience with Oracle strongly preferred**Traits & Skills**:- Analytical capacity- Extroversion- Self-confidence- Resilience**Job Competencies**:- Interpersonal Savvy- Communicates Effectively- Action Oriented- Customer Focus
