We value and share a range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.**The Team**:The Marketing IMC team at Mattel Latin America is in charge of centralize the Advertising & Promotion budget management, assuring we invest in the right channels and products to generate demand within our customers to achieve our goals**The Opportunity**:Mattel is currently seeking a Associate Manager Digital Mktg -Finance-** What Your Impact Will Be**- Managing A&P forecasting process- Supporting the monthly, quaterly and yearly end close process from and A&P perspective with variance analysis fosucing on budget allocation per brand working together with finance team- Perform detailed reviews of actual spend with finance business partners and budget holders- Summarizing key findings to support budget discussions and decision making with the business- Supporting on annual budget process- Maintaning and improving the process supporting financial planning and analysis activities- Media investments financial analysis providing cash flow planning- Managing and controlling monthly Anaplan (business planning tool) A&P submission, aligning with brand budget holders- Aligning and tracking yearly marketing provisions**What We’re Looking For**:- Results oriented- Teamwork- Strong Microsoft Excel skills- Critical Thinking- Analytical Reasoning- Self-Starter- Self-managed- Detail oriented- Problem-solving- Sense of urgency- Advanced english**What It’s Like To Work Here**:We are a purpose driven company aiming to empower the next generation to explore the wonder of childhood and reach their full potential.
