Our events tour worldwide, and in **2025**, we’re on track to sell over **800,000 tickets**—and we’re just getting startedWe’re on the hunt for a **Paid Media Executive** who can take our digital advertising to the next level and help us fill even more venues across the globe.**The Role**As our Paid Media Executive, you’ll be responsible for scaling and optimising our paid campaigns across social and search platforms. You’ll play a key role in driving **ticket sales** for Bingo Loco events, working closely with our marketing and creative teams to deliver high-energy campaigns that convert.This is a **remote-first role**, with flexibility built in. You'll need to be a self-starter, comfortable working independently while collaborating virtually with a global team.**Key Responsibilities**Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across **Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube**, and other channels.Drive **ticket sales** for Bingo Loco events in multiple markets, hitting **weekly and monthly KPIs**.Build and test new **audience strategies**, including retargeting, lookalikes, and interest-based targeting.Monitor, analyse, and report on **campaign performance**, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and CPA.Manage campaign calendars in line with **tour schedules** and major ticketing phases (pre-sales, general release, last-minute pushes).Collaborate with our **creative team** to develop engaging ad assets (static, video, UGC-style), and contribute to ad copy where needed.Manage **campaign budgets**, ensuring efficient spend and maximising returns.Keep up-to-date with platform changes, best practices, and emerging trends to stay ahead of the curve.**What We’re Looking For****2-3+ years** hands-on experience running **paid media campaigns** (agency or in-house).Proven track record of driving **online ticket sales**, e-commerce conversions, or lead generation at scale.Proficiency in **Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics**.Data-driven, with the ability to interpret numbers and make decisions based on insights.Creative mindset with an understanding of how content and copy impact performance.Highly organised, proactive, and able to **manage multiple campaigns across time zones**.Experience working in **events, nightlife, live entertainment**, or a related sector is a **big plus**.Comfortable working **remotely**, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.**Nice-to-Haves**Ability to **edit basic video content** for ads (TikTok/Reels style).Experience managing **multi-market campaigns** across various regions.Knowledge of **affiliate or influencer marketing**.**Why Work With Bingo Loco?**Work with an innovative, high-energy team transforming nightlife worldwide.Your campaigns will drive sales for events entertaining **800,000+ people** this yearFree event tickets + discounts for your crew.**Remote-first** culture with flexible working hours.Plenty of room for **growth and progression** in a scaling business.Be part of an **award-winning experience** that’s taken cities by storm in **Ireland, the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and beyond**.**How to Apply**Send us your **CV**, along with **3 examples** of campaigns you’ve managed (highlighting metrics and outcomes), and tell us why you’re the perfect fit for Bingo LocoPay: From $50,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Meta Ads Manager: 3 years (required)Work Location: Remote
