Job Description:We are a dynamic and growing staffing agency on a mission to provide exceptional staffing services to our clients and employees. With over two decades of industry experience, we have established ourselves as a reliable partner for businesses across various sectors. We are currently seeking a motivated and bilingual individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.**Responsibilities**:- Monitor and report employee attendance to ensure compliance with company policies.- Promptly notify the Customer Service Manager or Staffing Supervisor of any work, housing, and transportation complaints or concerns raised by employees.- Enforce all company policies and procedures to maintain a professional work environment.- Handle incoming employee calls, addressing any job-related issues and providing appropriate support.- Proactively engage with employees to enhance job satisfaction and promote employee retention.- Provide translation services for employees when necessary to facilitate effective communication.- Transfer calls to the relevant departments or resources as needed.**Requirements**:- Previous experience in customer service or supervisory roles is preferred.- College education is preferred.- Must be bilingual in Spanish/English, with excellent communication skills in both languages (reading, writing, and speaking).- Ability to multitask and effectively handle stressful situations.- Proficient in basic computer software such as Excel, Word, and internet usage.- Typing skills at the speed of conversation to accurately document call details in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to resolving issues.- Demonstrated teamwork attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.- Highly organized, professional, and proactive in taking charge of responsibilities.- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $15,000.00 al mesHorario:- Diurno- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Vales de despensaIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
