We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Checker Clearing & Settlements****Role purpose**- Recorded accounting transactions to reconcile amounts in cash, customer accounts and other internal systems in internal ledgers by Cash, Recon and Onshore teams, reporting, monitoring and validation of currency purchase or sale orders.- Advise, coordinate and ensure the correct execution and operation of the processes carried out by the analysts, propose improvements, implement controls that allow mitigating risks, as well as develop and validate plans for the activities under their responsibility.**Main Activities**- Ensure the correct compliance of the operation through the establishment of controls, analysis of best practices to redesign processes and training of team members.- SS Entries Recorded accounting transactions to reconcile cash amounts, customer accounts and other internal systems in internal record books by Cash, Recon and Onshore teams, reporting, monitoring and validation of purchase or sale orders currency.- SFE: Staff Front End offers a number of transactional banking functions, such as managing various types of bank accounts, including checking, savings, loans, and mortgages. The app also offers users the ability to post financial transactions on behalf of clients on HUB. clientCONNECT interfaces with HUB support systems, mutual funds, and pool funds that maintain client transactional data for clientCONNECT inquiry or submission.**Qualification**Degree in Economic-Administrative area, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science (Degree).Preferably 1 year of experience at the Advisor level or in charge of administrative, operational or accounting processes.- Office- Microsoft Office (Medium/Advanced desirable).- English language (Advanced).- Management of Processes and Operations.- Personnel Management.- Customer Service.- Project Management.For Accounting area: Essential accounting knowledge.Requirements**Skills**- Strategic thinking aligned with HSBC.- Entrepreneurial and business thinking.- Judgment and decision making.- Directs execution and performance.- Inspires and develops others.- Entrepreneurial leadership.- Influence on others.- Manage an organizationYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.At HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member.
