**About Epiroc**:Epiroc is a multinational company with a presence in 150 countries; which with innovative technology, develops and provides safe and state-of-the-art equipment, such as drilling machinery and construction tools for use in surface and underground mining.It also offers world-class after-sales services and solutions for automation, digitalization and electrification.**Life at Epiroc**By joining our team, you will be part of a group of knowledgeable and helpful colleagues who live by our core values: collaboration, commitment and innovation.The work environment in the mining and construction industries presents unique and interesting challenges that you will not find in other industries.Our culture is characterized by care for work-life balance, professional development, global professional opportunities and an epic benefits package.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant discipline.- Solid experience of accounting and finance in multinational companies.- 5-8 years' experience in working in an AtR team in a multinational, experience in Shared Services is desirable.- Extensive knowledge of International Accounting Standards Board (IFRS) policies and procedures.- Strong legal statutory and tax reporting knowledge and experience is an advantage.- Proven ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; in english and spanish.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.- Knowledge of ERP system Infor M3 is a plus.**Responsabilities**:- Ensure the delivery of quality Accounting to Reporting services to the entities in line with agreed Best Possible Process and Epiroc standards.- Support the implementation of improvements to processes within the AtR footprint.- Assist with improving and implementing process alignment in the Region.- Coach and support less experienced colleagues to achieve maximum performance.- Perform assigned day to day activities at a high level, to exceed expectations.- Continuously look for improvement opportunities in processes and ways of working, while using digitization and Robotic Process Automation as an enabler to achieve further efficiencies.- Participate in projects for the AtR Regional Center of Excellence Team.- Contribute to an excellent communication flow with stakeholders in the Region and relevant parts of the Global organization.- Ensure agreed procedures are maintained and adhered to within the team.**United.
