**Job Title :Talent Acquisition Manager (or Recruitment Manager)****Department** :Human Resources / Talent Acquisition**Reports To** :Director of Human Resources or VP of Operations**Location** :CDMX, Mexico**Job Summary****Key Responsibilities****Strategy & Process Leadership**- Design, develop, and lead a comprehensive **talent acquisition strategy** to meet both current and future organizational staffing needs.- Optimize and manage **end-to-end recruitment processes** and workflows for diverse profiles.- Establish and track **Service Level Agreements (SLAs)** based on the complexity and volume of vacant positions to ensure timely delivery of talent.- Research and implement new sourcing methods, and review recruitment software (like Applicant Tracking Systems) to ensure efficiency.**Team & Stakeholder Management**- Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of recruiters and analysts, overseeing performance and redistributing vacancies as needed.- Serve as the primary liaison, providing results and strategic consultation to **Directors and Managers** across all functional areas.- Manage communication and foster strong working relationships with **international clients** and stakeholders in various countries, including **India, Canada and USA.****Specialized Recruitment**- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for **mass hiring** and specialized roles.- Drive talent acquisition for **bilingual profiles** (English and Spanish), particularly for financial roles.**Metrics & Reporting**- Elaborate, present, and analyze key recruitment **indicators and KPIs** (Key Performance Indicators) for different profiles and Lines of Business (LOB).- Use data to measure the effectiveness of all recruiting activities and identify areas for process improvement.**Required Qualifications and Skills**- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a leadership role such as Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar.- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. _A degree in English & French Translation is a strong asset_.- **Language**: Full professional proficiency in **English and Spanish** is required;- **Technical Skills**: Deep familiarity with full-cycle recruitment processes and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).- **Leadership**: Demonstrated experience in team management, process optimization, and working effectively with stakeholders at a Director level.- **Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for dealing with international clients and presenting complex dataPay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
