For more information, visit Job ID: Required Travel: MinimalManagerial: NoLocation: Mexico‑Guadalajara (AM) In one sentence: The DevOps Engineer is responsible for the implementation, operation, and day‑to‑day support of DevOps practices within the project. This role focuses on execution, automation, and operational stability , working under defined standards and architectures. Responsibilities Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitbucket, and GitHub Manage build and artifact repositories in Nexus Execute infrastructure provisioning using Terraform based on existing modules Automate operational and deployment tasks using Ansible Deploy and maintain applications in Kubernetes using Helm Support and monitor platforms using Grafana, Telemetry, and Elasticsearch Support applications developed with Spring Operate and support data platforms: PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Couchbase, Hadoop Perform troubleshooting and incident resolution (L2 support) Execute operational runbooks and standard procedures Document configurations, processes, and operational changes Collaborate closely with the DevOps Specialist and development teams Required Technical Skills Hands‑on experience with Jenkins, GitHub/Bitbucket, Nexus Practical knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes and Helm Experience with monitoring and logging tools: Grafana, Telemetry, Elasticsearch Strong Linux fundamentals Basic to intermediate experience with AWS or OCI Familiarity with Spring‑based applications Experience & Profile 2–4 years of experience in DevOps, Platform, or SRE roles Strong execution and operational mindset Ability to follow architectural standards and best practices Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Nice to Have Experience supporting production environments Basic cloud or Kubernetes certifications Exposure to infrastructure automation and monitoring tools Why You Will Love This Job You will be responsible for the integration between a major product infrastructure system and the Amdocs infrastructure system, driving automation helping teams work smarter and faster.
