**_Important company is looking for a Product Analyst._****_**_- *_***_Mission_**Understands the customers' needs and helps defining the vision of the product to be developed. He/she partners closely with the Product owner, supports making the product vision a reality and maximize value for the organization- _Responsabilities *_- *_*- Contribute to the vision of the product, its definition, and the associated value.- Make recommendations to build and sustain the backlog, arbitrating among different needs and priorities- Ensure consistency between the needs of end-users and stakeholders, as reflected in the vision of the product, its delivery and its deployment & adoption.- Understand the business needs, proactively conducts exploratory and confirmatory analysis to identify product opportunities and discover product insights.- Facilitate customer information gathering and document necessary functional and non-functional requirements.- Define, analyze, and validate key metrics to inform decision-making and measure product success from a business and user perspective- Support prioritization process, plans and communicate on the steps identified to deliver the product- Collaborate with the agile team, empowering others to work effectively and efficiently with data- Contribute to business results by delivering products with high value for the organization, unlocking new capabilities and ensuring high quality IT delivery.- Create user stories and other artifacts in support of the SCRUM framework.**Background**- 2+ years of experience playing Business Analyst/Product Analyst role- Experience working in Agile environments, with a clear understanding of Agile methodology.- Experience with producing use cases and user stories.- experience with CRM**Skills**- Business sense and analytical abilities.- Knowledgeable about user experience and value journey- Solid communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment Communication, influencing and negotiation skills- Organized, focused and able to thrive in a dynamic environment- Knowledge in Framework Scrum- Synthesis ability to write user stories- Consumer centered mindset- Ability to understand the end-to-end consumer journey- Bonus: knowledge of CRM- Bonus: familiarity with Jira (Atlassian)- Bonus: knowledge of Salesforce**What we offer**- Place of Location: Colonia Santa Fe, CDMX- Job stability- Benefits- Attractive salary- Type of position: Full time, ContractTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- analytical abilities: 1 año (Obligatorio)- knowledge of CRM: 1 año (Obligatorio)- playing Business Analyst/Product Analyst role: 1 año (Obligatorio)- Agile methodology.: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Trabajar desde casa:- Temporalmente debido al COVID-19
