You will be the first point of contact for our discerning clientele, ensuring their every need is met and their expectations are exceeded. You will play a pivotal role in creating an unforgettable experience for our residents, fostering a sense of community, and upholding the reputation of our company as a world-class level of service.**Responsibilities**:- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to our company clients, ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and beyond expectations.- Utilize advanced technology platforms to manage reservations, itineraries, and client requests efficiently.- Showcase expertise in luxury hospitality to provide recommendations, insights, and solutions that align with the high standards of our clientele.- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance service offerings and address any client concerns promptly.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the luxury travel industry, including trends, destinations, and services.**Qualifications**- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in luxury hospitality or related fields, with a track record of delivering high-quality customer service **(MANDATORY)**:- Advanced English proficiency **is mandatory, **with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.- Hospitality Management (or related field) is highly deseirable, reflecting a foundational understanding of industry standards and practices.- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate and utilize various digital tools and platforms to enhance customer experiences.- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline.- Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of clients and the business, ensuring the highest level of service is maintained at all times.**_If this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume_
