We are currently seeking a Resource Planning Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Resource Planning Specialist at ICON, you will play a key role in supporting project risk management efforts by assisting with data collection, analysis, and reporting. You will work closely with senior team members to identify risks, track project performance, and contribute to the development of strategies that enhance the success of clinical trials. What You Will Be Doing Manage and optimize resource allocation across projects using data driven analysis to align staff skills, training and availability with study and operational needs. Maintain and continuously improve the accuracy of the resource management system, ensuring high data quality to support planning, forecasting and risk mitigation. Analyze capacity, utilization and demand trends to anticipate resourcing risks and recommend solutions that support project continuity and business priorities. Prepare and communicate clear, timely and insightful reports and recommendations to stakeholders, enabling informed decision making. Your Profile Bachelor\'s degree in business, data analytics, life sciences, or a related field. Experience or internship in risk management, data analysis, or project support within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry is preferred. Proficient in Excel Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
