**Objetivo**:Generar cultura digital en la fuerza de ventas, generar nuevos productos bajo el nuevo modelo de negocio, la estrategia de comercialización de los nuevos productos y estaral día en la industria de soluciones comerciales digitales.**Escolaridad**:Lic. en Mercadotecnia, Comunicación, Administración o afín, especialización, master o diplomado en mercadotecnia digital, redes sociales, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.**Habilidades**: Liderazgo, flexibilidad, adaptabilidad, creatividad, relaciones públicas, entre otras.**Actividades a realizar**:- Desarrollar la estrategia de mercadotecnia de la compañía.- Buscar formas de entender las necesidades de los clientes y los usuariosdigitales.- Coordinar el trabajo con otras áreas para la ejecución de la estrategiadigital de la marca.- Establecer una metodología de trabajo para el equipo de mercadotecnia.- Gestionar tiempos de trabajo y definir las metas en el área para asegurar unbuen nível de productividad y eficiencia.- Medir, analizar y reportar el funcionamiento de todos los esfuerzos del área.- Manejar el presupuesto del área y monitorear las inversiones.- Definir las métricas clave y los criterios para medir el ROI de las acciones.- Desarrollar, probar y evaluar nuevos canales de marketing.- Identificar las nuevas tendencias para adaptar la estrategia.- Buscar nuevas técnicas de crecimiento.- Investigar las tecnologías emergentes y evaluar su adopción.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de la vista- Vacaciones superiores a las de leyHorario:- Diurno
