Create compelling recommendations for feature development, CRO, and/or changes through data-backed analyses and user insights/testing.- Stakeholder Management: Build trust and relationships with key internal stakeholders such as marketing, sales, and international partners. Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, introducing concepts and roadmaps to key decision-makers and senior management to address their business issues and needs.- Execution: Deliver on time in a high-stakes environment where multiple priorities will need to coexist simultaneously. In charge of managing and handling daily requirements/issues from end-users.- Culture: Nurture a data-centric team that places extremely high value on UI/UX, data analytics, speed to market, attention to detail & product quality, innovation, and shared success. Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other teams.- Process: Implement a repeatable system for deriving business requirements, translating them to actionable wireframes and/or full-fledged designs, and shipping impactful products.- Workflow Efficiencies & Automation: Identify ways to operate smarter and more efficiently.- Data Analytics: Always have an eye on data analytics. Watching for trends, user behavior, performance issues, anti-patterns, and more.- Attribution Modeling: Work with Marketing and leverage data to create a well-defined and properly tracked attribution model.- Provide strategic and tactical leadership to drive significant growth in AOV. ARPU (Average Revenue Per User), LTV (Lifetime Value, CRR (Customer Retention Rate), Lifetime Value (LTV), and other KPIs aligning with Unicity’s long term growth plan while continuing to build a culture of high performance and engagement as a Senior Leader.- Design: Responsible for creating design systems that delivers the same world class experience across all international markets**Knowledge and Experience**- Strong background on optimizing shopping experience and improving ecommerce KPIs.- Strong understanding of the user-centered design process, with a proven ability to deliver projects.- Loves to build detailed, interactive prototype.- Open to rapid iteration, feedback, and experimentation. Always seeks customer input and understanding.- Ability to connect design decisions back to business goals, and to work with stakeholders across the company to build consensus.- Exceptional communication skills, and the ability to clearly explain design decisions to anyone in the company.- Able to think at a high level about product strategy and vision (not just 'how it should look' but 'what we should build') as an effective partner for product managers.- A desire to learn and curious by nature - about people, technology, data, new industries, and the world.- Empathy — for customers and your fellow employees.- A strong portfolio showcasing product design work, which includes data visualizations or analytics examples.- Extensive knowledge on design systems- 8+ years of product design experience.
