Descripción y detalle de las actividadesSupervises Health & Safety Coordination, Administrate Medical Services Team (Doctors & Nurses), Maintain the HSE system aligned with the corporate standards. Also, will audit the controls required for Legal dispositions, permits in Federal, state, city hall. Administrate the Environmental system (ISO 14001) and follow up of the legal requirements by the Mexican law. Maintain the system aligned with the corporate standards. Give compliance of Health, Safety and Environmental clients requirements, corporate regional and global requirements. Fully understanding of machine safety according to ISO international regulations, need to manage information and report metrics and results under lean manufacturing tools.Responsible to develop and monitor a HSE Work Environment, HSE & Security Internal Procedures and Politics for the Company working with HR Manager & Management Staff, MEX EH&S/RISK MGMT Manager and all areas. Fulfill HSE & Security Legal Requirements, Coordination of Security Department, Risk Assessment (AS322) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System).Experiência y requisitos**Functional Competencies**:- Strong knowledge of Government agencies and Normativity: STPS, IMSS, PC, SSA, COFEPRIS, Fire Department, SEMARNAT, SPA, CESPT, DAU, Environmental, Safety & Health legal requirements (Municipal, State and Federal) and ISO/OSHA International requirements.**Previous Experience**:- 5-7 years in similar position.- Experience in automotive is required.**Certifications/Accreditations**:- Legal Requirements Health & Safety ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, Fully Federal NOM understanding.
