How you will contribute You will optimize delivery of service to meet business demands and to meet the service operations strategy. In addition, you will plan, measure, report, and communicate service improvement initiatives, consult on issues and resolutions, and recommend steps to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks. In this role, you will also identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, establish and oversee them and support management with regional service contracts, in-country billing and cross charging. Key responsibilities : You will be responsible for ensuring the operation of all infrastructure services for all Ceve's type sites in Mexico, Ceve's sites are the locations responsible for Sales and Direct Store Distribution and be responsible for managing all Mobile Latin Americas Operations. Review the SLA of services delivered by different partners (Local, Regional and Global). You will be responsible for the satisfaction of the services. You will be responsible for creating, managing and continuously improvements in services. You will be responsible to manage all contracts with current suppliers and propose optimization to the current landscape of suppliers. You will be responsible for managing the services : a) Printing Hardware Asset Management Mobile Telephony assist Mobile lead with Escalation from Ceve's Network as a Service (Manage Network supplier) Mobile Telephony; b) Manage 3 external resources from HCL partner; c) Deliver Lifecycle Refresh of sales smart phones every 2 years. Manage Reimbursement according to global policy. Interact and create a good relationship with your peers, regional and global. You will be responsible for managing all requirements from Ceve's locations, define and execute a plan according to MDLZ policies. You will be responsible for delivering all projects related to IT infrastructure for the Ceve's. You will be responsible for managing the budget of Network as a Service for the Ceve's. You will manage Lifecycle Refresh of all IT devices including Mobile telephony. Key experiences needed : Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or similar. 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure. 5 years of experience managing / delivering projects. Understanding and working knowledge of ITIL, ITSM tools (Service Now), MS Office products. Ability to work with remote teams. Spanish and English fluent.
