Visión general Responsabilidades Es responsable de brindar soporte y análisis a proyectos de mejora en calidad, para la reducción de desperdicios, reducción de la variabilidad de tiempos y movimientos. Generación de reportes y presentación de proyectos. Seguimiento y evaluación de 5 S´s del área productiva Realización de muestreo de tiempos y movimientos Identificación de áreas con desperdicios (MURA) Identificación y balanceo de líneas para reducción de variabilidad (MURA) Identificación y balanceo de líneas para reducción de sobrecarga (MURI) Evaluación de mejoras y validación de ahorros en contraloría. Generación de reportes y presentación de proyectos Requisitos Knowledge – Conceptos básicos de Lean Manufacturing/ Las 5´S/ Los 7 Desperdicios/ MURA/MUDA/MURI/ Definir y Medir Proyectos Education – Ingeniería/titulado Experience – 6 meses a 1 año mínimo de experiencia en puesto similar deseable Skills and abilities – Responsable, Analítico, Mentalidad de Crecimiento, Agilidad de Aprendizaje Inglés Básico/intermedio deseable Hiring Range Aplicable de acuerdo a localidad EEO Statement Declaración de Igualdad de Oportunidades de Empleo: AS Maquila México S. de R.L. de C.V. y American Standard B&K México, son empleadores que ofrecen igualdad de oportunidades.
