**Requirements**:- Direct or indirect experience in Sourcing, Engineering, Quality, and manufacturing.- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supplier chain, Commercial Management, Administration, or such.- Strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA).- English proficiency in spoken and written. Chinese is a plus.- SAP- Understanding of supply chain procedures- Knowledge of market research and sourcing techniques**Responsibilities**:- Identify the Company's needs in direct and indirect supplies.- Team up with the Manufacturing department to develop suppliers according to needs and specifications.- Research profitable suppliers and negotiate with them, initiating an organizational partnership.- Drive supplier selection through robust qualification processes- Assess new and existing supplier capabilities to meet product, cost, quality, capacity, and fulfillment, ensuring suppliers can meet requirements for performance, quality, price, and delivery of components and requirements for IATF, ISO 14000, ISO 9001, and other applicable certifications.- Responsible for leading the solution for supplier component concerns, driving Advanced ProductQuality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), customer interaction, supplierinteraction, Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) support, supplier component development, and approval and supplier cost improvements.
