Review designs, specifications, and component selections to determine whether they align with target-country compliance expectations. Maintain organized records, certification files, and compliance evidence to support audits, renewals, and internal traceability. Build strong partnerships with Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, and regional commercial teams to plan and execute compliance strategies. Support the development of clear processes for LATAM product extensions, including early assessments, documentation needs, timelines, and risk considerations. Stay informed on regulatory changes across Mexico and other LATAM markets and share updates that may impact sales or product planning. Prepare educational materials or reference guides to help teams understand compliance expectations in the region. Contribute to ongoing improvement of internal systems, workflows, and resources that support LATAM market access.
