International Company starting operations in Nuevo León is seeking a talent like you Join it**Position: Engineering & Maintenance Manager****Location**: Apodaca, N. L.**OBJECTIVE**:Ensure and manage the best operation of the property and its associated services, through the integration of people, spaces, processes and technologies.**SUMMARY**:As Engineering & Maintenance Manager you will be Responsible for ensuring that all equipment, machinery, and facilities of the plant are in optimal condition. You will plan, organize, and control all activities focused on maintaining the efficiency of machinery and equipment.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:- Responsible for all plant equipment, machinery, and facilities ensuring that are in optimal working conditions for production. Ensure all processes are executed in a consistent & standardized manner: Planning, organization, and control of activities to maintain the efficiency of machinery and equipment and plant facilities- Lay out changes and equipment transfers.- Department's budget control and execution- Maintain all systems and certifications.- Oversee and agree contracts and providers for services including maintenance, parking, cleaning, catering, logistics, reception, utilities, waste management etc.- Lead building modification and construction projects.- Evaluate technical scope within contracts and proposals, control execution, monitor KPIs.- Keep OEE within standards.- Assist Operation Management Team on the development of buildings annual expense budgets and reporting.- Works closely with other functional areas of the organization, en external stakeholders.- Maintain production and facilities equipment in good condition through Maintenance Plans.- Work in continuous improvements to increase equipment availability- Management of the tool crib inventories.- Develop technicians in the different teams of the process.- Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.- MTTR, MTBF.- Safety on Machinery and Building.- Assure optimal functioning of building systems (HVAC, fire/life safety equipment, elevators, etc.).- Identify, develop, and lead initiatives to drive process improvement, cost reduction and efficiency.- Support engineering area for new machinery introduction and installation- Maintain CPK on machinery.- Maintenance team training and strategic development.**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:- Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer or related.- +3 years of experience in facilities and maintenance management.- +3 years of experience managing maintenance budget and spare parts inventory.- +3 years of experience in team management and development- Contractor management.- Mechanical and electrical maintenance.- CAD Drawings.- PLC language understanding- Total Preventive Maintenance- Safety standards- +2 years of experience Building management.- English (**Business level**).**OFFER**:- Attractive Salary.- Benefits above law.- Professional development.**Note**:All process will carry out in english.
