Job SummaryThe Financial Analyst II for Corporate FP&A organization is responsible for directly supporting the Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A to provide monthly and quarterly financial analysis, monthly and quarterly outlook, annual and long-range plan development, management reporting, business case / ROI analysis, and other general financial planning activities for Corporate Functions.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect and analyze financial data for use in business review, planning, reporting and monthly outlook processes. Prepare and analyze financial outlooks and operating resultsDevelop Monthly OutlookWork closely with operating management to develop forecastReview forecast against results for validation of achievabilityReview risk in forecast and determine how to reduce riskDevelop contingency plans as neededStrong business partnership with varying levels of managementProvide Senior management with timely, relevant and actionable financial reportingAccurately a pply accounting policies as requiredProcess & System ImprovementsReview strengths and weaknesses of planning processes and toolsOngoing improvements in support of business partners changing needs and decision-making processAnnual PlanCoordinate across all functional areas to understand requirements from financial perspectiveDevelop annual budget with operationalized headcount planDetermine calendarization and allocation methodologiesPerform gap analysis and consolidationFulfill all financial reporting requirements related to plan submission**Qualifications**:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related Business discipline.Relevant experience in Finance or Finance-related specialties, cross functional projects.Demonstrated financial/analytical skills gained through formal education or work experience.Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principlesAbility to work and communicate under pressure with challenging due datesProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI)Knowledge or interest in learning Hyperion Planning / EssbaseSelf-motivated and willing to learn
