Design Release Eng Lead

**JR- - Design Release Eng Lead.****Responsabilities**:- Responsible as a lead directing the efforts for a small team of designers.- Directs studio activities in absence of senior management.- Responsible for making perspective sketches and rendering in scale and full-size sufficient to communicate new design ideas.- Develops 2D and 3D mock-ups of proposed design solutions.- Works with studio engineers, modelers, other designers and service and fabrication personnel in the development of new ideas in both 2D and 3D form.- Understanding and ability to negotiate criteria with engineers. Understands program timelines and dedicated regarding task completion.- Understands design sections and provides guidance to program sculptors and engineers to create full size and scale models.- Works cross-functionally on a frequent basis.- Integrates subsystems required to complete entire full size design proposals.
