Estamos buscando a nuestro próximo In Store Visual Performance (Running, Fitness, Fútbol) quién será parte de nuestra nueva Flagship Store: Nike Mexico City.Esta persona será la responsable de liderar y ejecutar la estrategia de mercadeo visual para el producto de Performance (Running, Fitness, Fútbol) atendiendo a las necesidades de los consumidores.¿En qué trabajarás?- Mantener una imagen Nike / Jordan (premium) en el piso de ventas en lo referente a la presentaciónde producto- Las iniciativas de producto estén de acuerdo a calendario y en el orden planeados en piso de venta- Mantener comunicación efectiva con el resto del equipo para que estén al tanto de lo que ocurre enpiso para poder dar mantenimiento- Asegurar que la comunicación ( y resguardo de esta) sea la correcta y en buen estado.- Ser socio con almacén para estar al tanto de que el producto esté disponible y del desplazamiento delmismo¿Con quién trabajarás?Esta persona será responsable de liderar la estrategia de mercadeo. Trabajará de manera cross funcional conotras áreas como Brand trabajará de la mano con miesmbors de staff de la tienda como lo son Lead de Prodcuto/ Lead de BOH¿Qué traes a Nike?- Experiência 3 años de experiência en posición Visual (boutiques, tiendas deportivas)- Conocimiento del mercado de Lifestyle- Capacidad para construir, dirigir, administrar y entrenar equipos de alto rendimiento- Capacidad de utilizar herramientas para apoyar la resolución de conflictos y el coaching y- asesoramiento de los empleados- Capacidad de análisis del mercado- Desarrollo de estrategias de producto- Liderazgo.- Orientado a resultados- Comunicación efectiva.- Manejo del estrés y tolerancia a la frustración- Pasión por las ventas y el servicio al cliente¿Qué te ofrece Nike?- Sueldo base más Bono mensual- Prestaciones superiores a las de la ley- Contratación Directa- Plan de crecimiento y carrera- Excelente ambiente Laboral- Calzado y uniforme sin costo- Seguro de Gastos Medico Mayores- Plan Dental anual- Vales de despensa- Fondo de Ahorro
