We pride ourselves on a business culture that enables open, creative thinking, and we deeply value our employees and their contributions towards our clients' success, as well as our own.**What You Will Do**:- Guide and coach the HiL tools development team on Agile and Scrum practices while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and delivering high-quality work.- Facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.- Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and understood by the team members.- Empower the team to self-organize and make decisions, while ensuring accountability and progress towards goals.- Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the team’s ability to achieve sprint goals.- Promote Agile engineering practices and support the integration of HiL tools with existing testing frameworks.- Act as a mediator between stakeholders and the development team, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication.- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to enhance and standardize Agile practices within the organization.- Monitor team performance through Agile metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.- Ensure the development team has a clear understanding of HiL testing principles to align tool development with user needs.**What You Will Need**:**Basics**:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Automotive/Electronics or related.- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification, with a solid understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and artifacts.- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a technical development environment, preferably in Software tools development or similar.- Familiarity or knowledge with HiL testing environments, simulation models, and real-time systems.- Technical proficiency in software development, including experience with development tools and practices such as CI/CD, version control, and automated testing.- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.- Goal-oriented, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.- Curiosity, self-study, and quick learning.- Teamwork skills- Effective communication skills- Proactive- Good communication skills.- Hybrid position (at least 2 days a week at the office).**How You Will Be Successful**:- Envision the Future- Communicate Honestly and Broadly- Seek Technology and Business “Firsts”- Embrace Diversity and Take Risks**What We Offer**:- Christmas Bonus (1 month)- Holidays (12 days)- Paid holidays (75% prima vacacional)- Flex Time- Saving Fund- Pantry vouchers- Health insurance (Seguro de gastos médicos mayores, seguro dental, visión, de vida, accidente e invalidez).- PTU**Why Work with Us**:Altair is a global technology company that provides software and cloud solutions in the areas of data analytics, product development, and high-performance computing (HPC).
