Lean Manufacturing Manager/continuous Improvement

lean manufacturing manager/continuous improvement**Requirements**:- Engineering- Master degree- Blackbelt certification- Minimum 5 years experience in a world class manufacturing environment,- Experience in the automotive industry.- SAP- ISO TS 16949 is the globally recognized quality management standard for the automotive industry. It brings together standards from Europe and the United States and provides a framework for the achievement of best practices regarding the design and manufacture of products for the automotive supply chain.Tasks- Implement the corporate tools and programs in Lean Manufacturing as a strategy, as well as the training plans for the production plant personnel, defining and documenting the processes to use them in training and continuous improvement.- Define the indicators, as well as the communication within the productive plant of the objectives and the monitoring of the adjusted production system.- Direct and be responsible for the implementation of adaptations in manufacturing processes and workflows for the corresponding production area, improving industrial performance in manual and automatic processes.- Ensure the operational functioning of each process: define the necessary instruments in each section, prepare part handling standards in each section, define the work instructions for each area and type of part, and ensure the quality procedures implemented.- Detect opportunities for improvement in production processes and implement them.- Promote, supervise and coordinate continuous improvement in the different workplaces.- Advise on the strategic plans of the different production centers of the company.- Define deployment plans for new projects.- Schedule and perform internal audits.- Collaborate and actively participate in the implementation, management, review and improvement of all those elements of the Integrated Safety, Environment and Quality Management System.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 al mesHorario:- Diurno- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de productividad- Bono de puntualidadLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
