Responsibilities Responsible for Customer Service Call Center area. Claims review and approval of payments. KPI control and team development. Coordination of travel emergencies, flight cancellations, flight delays, trip interruptions and cancellations, baggage, etc. Travel interruptions and cancellations, baggage delays and similar events in general travel assistance. Processing and payment of policy claims. Elite customer service management. Coordination of high performance teams of 25 to 40 service agents. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or professional career completed. Availability to work Monday to Friday and extended shifts. Bilingual / Business English C1-C2. Availability for hybrid work. Availability to live in Queretaro or immediate change of residence. Knowledge in Coordination of work teams, customer service, Call Center, Specialized Agents. Office - Outlook - Computer Equipment - Excel. Updated CV with contact information. Coordination of travel emergencies, flight cancellations, flight delays, trip interruptions and cancellations, baggage, etc. (as part of responsibilities). Skills Speed, Ease of Speech and Communication, Customer Service, Ease of learning. Official documents in order. Availability to change residence or live in Querétaro MX.
