Administers resources to ensure correct field execution, increase takeaway, and promote the prominence of our brands in alignment with the Trade marketing plan.**What You Can Expect**:- Executes the Trade Marketing plan, including loyalty programs, visibility plans, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, and sales force contests to drive product takeaway.- Tracks and documents all trade marketing activities using the MRM system.- Participates in the development and planning of the annual Customer Marketing calendar.- Delivers training to the sales force and in-plant personnel on shopper marketing initiatives, including product launches, tastings, and execution of marketing plans.- Conducts regular monthly market visits to monitor our brand activations and assess competitor activities.- Manages the follow-up and execution of sales force contests for the assigned channel, in alignment with the Trade Marketing Manager.- Oversees the procurement and administrative processes for marketing materials, ensuring optimal cost and quality in collaboration with the purchasing department.- Manages and reports on the inventory of POP materials for the channel.**What You Bring to the Table**:- Experience: 1 to 3 years in similar Trade / Shopper Marketing, Sales, or Sales Operations positions.- Familiarity on building relationships with suppliers and customers, as well as ensuring products are profitable.- Proactive, forthcoming, and with initiative, decision maker.- Ability to achieve goals in a timely manner while providing excellent client service.- Flexibility and adaptability to change.- Meet deadlines and simultaneously develop, deploy, and coordinate multiple projects.- Self-motivated.- Ability to build productive relationships across all levels, functions, and cultures- Information analysis.- Excellent oral and written communication skills.**What Makes You Unique**- Storytelling, the ability to make external and internal clients fall in love with your work, proposals, presentations, conversations, etc.- Create and do different things that generate acceleration in business development.- English Intermediate level.**Who We Are**We believe great people build great brands.
