Staff Specialist Channel Marketing

We are currently seeking a talented Staff Specialist Channel Marketing who wants to join a dynamic and experienced team and take their technical knowledge to the next level in our mission of excellence.**In your new role you will**:- Coordinate key stakeholders in regional segments, distribution partner managers, divisional marcom teams, engagement marketing and distributors/eCommerce partners to successfully execute joint digital marketing campaign activities including web, social media, videos, webinars, etc. This comprises of:- Providing distribution partners with the respective Infineon content and program manage activities through to completion.- Regularly reviewing the campaign content messaging and quality and updating of Infineon content on distributor sites.- Analysis and tracking of progress against campaign goals/KPIs and ROI reporting as part of creation and distribution of “Channel Marketing Highlight” reports.Owning/managing the following processes and tools:- Channel Marketing Americas Confluence page that documents all processes and KPIs/Metrics benchmarks from partners.- Channel Marketing Americas calendar that documents all campaign deadlines and status as well as project managing deadlines with stakeholders.Channel Marketing metrics review slide decks for quarterly divisional metrics review calls**You are best equipped for this task if you have**:- A university degree (business administration, marketing preferred, industrial engineering or similar)- 2-5 years of relevant job experience in distribution marketing,digital marketing, marketing communications- Project management experience, superior organizational skills andability to meet deadlines- Work experience in multi-cultural teams / international environment- Superior communications and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively direct / persuade / influence others- Fluency in English, both verbal and written- Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Keen attention to detailA growth mindset, ability to self-motivate and drive to constantly improve**#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.**As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
