**Assistant Property Manager**Bay Management is seeking an assistant property manager to join our growing team.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following**:- Responsible for tracking and managing property compliance- Manage reporting for both the Director of Operations and Director of Property Management- Other miscellaneous tasks to help the Director of Operations, Director of Property Management, and Property Management Department.**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**- Strong organizational skills- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Able to read and write proficiently in English, Spanish a plus- Impeccable customer service skills- _Strong_ Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel- Able to problem solve independently and think quickly- Able to handle tense and emotional customers professionally- Time management skills- Extremely thorough and detail-oriented**Benefits**15 PTO days (after 90-day probationary period)**Salary**: $8/hrPay: $158.00 per hourCOVID-19 considerations:n/a
