DescriptionCoordinate and manage a group of engineers and technicians by establishing objectives, goals, strategies, plans and work methods. Define activities,control the progress, fulfillment and execution of the task assigned to the group, to complete the procedures, goals and performance levels of ourcustomers are met and exceed your expectations.Define goals and objectives of the area.Establish strategies for continuous improvement of the area.Carry out the financial planning of the areaTake care.the productivity and profitability of the department.Leadership and coaching the group.Provide technical support to the different projects.Plan the detail of the activities of the group's engineers and/or technicians according to the objectives of the customers.Monitor the metrics of the department and/or area to make corrections on time.Define, maintain and optimize the working methods of the engineers in the department.Hire the subordinates of the area.Plan and control the budget of the department (personnel, infrastructure, equipment, tools, training, etc.)Register in the storehouse the spare part required for its proper functioning.In conjunction with the storehouse, make sure to define the necessary spare parts stock levels.Knowledge of Fundamental TPM**Qualifications**:- Bachelor Degree in Engineering- Experience with groups of more than 15 people- Maintenance experience- Automotive or electronic industry experience- English Advance ( interviews will be in english)- SAP knowledge- Negotiation & leadership Skills- Analytical capacity- Ability to Coach and Mentor- Orientation to results- KPIs accomplishmentDesirable:- Knowledge IATF 16949- Environment and energy (ISO-14001 e ISO-51000), Safety & Health at work (ISO - 45001)Continental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
