As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions to our clients, working on all aspects of the software development lifecycle.**Key Responsibilities**:- Provide expertise in **Oracle Cloud SCM** solutions, including **Procure to Pay (P2P)**, **Order to Cash (O2C)**, **Manufacturing & Cost Management**, **Product Management**, **Inventory Management**, **Supply Chain Planning**, and **WMS**.- Lead and manage complex support endeavors, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define team structures and estimate project requirements.- Stay current on architecture trends and best practices in the SCM space.- Author, edit, and present technical documents to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Communicate effectively with clients, development teams, and other stakeholders to elicit requirements and provide clear guidance.- Work on multiple concurrent support clients, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution.- Lead customer training sessions to educate clients on best practices and system functionalities.- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and self-driven.**Qualifications**:- **5+ years of experience** in at least two of the following **Oracle Cloud SCM** products:- Oracle Procure to Pay (P2P)- Oracle Order to Cash (O2C)- Manufacturing & Cost Management- Product Management- Inventory Management- Supply Chain Planning- WMS- **Certification in Oracle Cloud SCM and/or Manufacturing (MFG)** is highly preferred.- At least **3 years of experience** in a professional services company, consulting firm, or agency, specifically in SCM.- Strong understanding of support methodology and experience in solution estimation.- Proven ability to manage complex and large-scale support projects.- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.- Experience working with globally distributed teams.- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science**, a related field, or equivalent on-the-job experience.**What We Offer**:- Competitive compensation and benefits package.- Generous paid time off, including holidays.- Opportunities for billable bonuses and rewards/recognition programs.- A collaborative and inclusive work environment.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- A commitment to work/life balance and employee well-being.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- Sector Médico: 1 año (Obligatorio)- Revision de Historial Medico: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
