Come be a part of this journey****BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR A FINANCE ANALYST****SENIORITY LEVEL**:Entry Level**FUNCTION**: Finance**LOCATION**:Mexico Monterrey**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**This role is part of the finance department.**Reports to**:Manager**Geographic Scope**:Local**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Credit Limit Management - calculation, allocation and follow up for the correct use of credit- LANCAR Monthly Dashboard - Credit position of all LANCAR markets, keep aligned communication with all LANCAR markets.- Risk Analysis - Risk assessment on all LANCAR markets.- TM&D Operation's Contol - Analysis of sales and commercial information to identify and implement efficiencies in the current processes.- Fraud Mitigation - Sales Data Analysis to generate Dashboards and Reports to assist the Field Operative Team to accurately and timely identify breaches of confidence.- Review and analysis on the delivery of promotions delivered to customers by the TM&D team.- Active communication with the Trade team to identify areas of opportunity and improve the quality of the information.- Automation of processes to reduce work time and improve information analysis and decision-making.**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**- 1-2 years’ experience in Finance- Have demonstrable communication, negotiation skills and the ability to influence.- Have strong analytical skills.- Business Management / Industrial Engineering / Finance or related field Major- Experience with Excel (advanced)- Knowledge of Power BI and SAP is a plus.- Fluent English (B2+)**BENEFICIAL**- Experience working in FMCGS.- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.**WE ARE BAT**At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
