**Kingfa Sci. & Tech. Mexico** is seeking for a **SHMA Engineer** located in SLP,**Job Purpose**:Ensure compliance with legal and corporate regulations regarding health, safety, and environmental matters, while promoting a culture of risk prevention and sustainability within the organization.**Main Responsibilities**:- Develop, implement, and oversee health, safety, and environmental programs within the automotive sector.- Ensure compliance with applicable local, national, and international regulations.- Conduct internal and external audits related to HSE.- Coordinate health and safety training for all employees.- Investigate accidents, incidents, and propose corrective measures.- Promote continuous improvement initiatives in sustainability and environmental protection.- Ability to manage budgets, cost control, project management (PMP), and data analysis.**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Environmental, Safety Engineering or related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within the automotive/manufacturing sector.- More than 3 years of experience managing safety, health and environmental teams- Solid knowledge and experience of STPS, SEMARNAT regulations, and ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- English and Spanish (written and verbal) are requiredOther requirements:- Hold the professional certifications or licenses required by Mexican law.**Skills**- Excellent skills in risk identification and assessment, and the formulation of improvement measures.- Outstanding team management skills, as well as government relations, public relations, and interdepartmental coordination.- Strong planning and operational skills for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems.- Basic ability to interpret industrial engineering CAD drawings.**Key Competencies**:- Leadership and teamwork.- Results-oriented.- Effective communication.- Analytical thinking.- Continuous improvement orientation.**Why Join Us?**Opportunity to work in a global, innovative company expanding in Mexico.Be part of a dynamic team with cross-border collaboration.Competitive salary and career growth opportunities.Communication and empathy.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $18,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Horarios flexiblesEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Gestion de tramites legales: 3 años (Obligatorio)- Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente: 5 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
