Overview We are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Sr Project Manager. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of our projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from defining project scope to monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to effectively communicate project goals, objectives, and deliverables. You will lead project planning activities, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and budget management. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking project milestones, managing project documentation, and identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues. To excel in this position, you must have exceptional leadership, communication and finance skills, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within scope, budget, and schedule. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities are crucial, as you will be required to analyze project data, identify trends, and propose effective solutions. Responsibilities Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities are assigned and understood Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Conduct P&L and balance sheet reports Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders and senior management Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in a related field; Business Administration, Business Finance, International Business 3-5 years experience Advanced English level International experience is a plus.
