IT HR/HCM: Project Manager – (Remote) (10+ years) - Costa Rica, Argentina, Mexico, Puerto Rico (LATAM) – Contract – Remote Remote 12+ Months Contract Summary The IT Project Manager will lead and support G&A IT, HR/HCM projects and work streams for the G&A IT: HR/HCM organization, based in Sleepy Hollow, NY. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful history of managing IT projects in a large‑scale, fast‑paced working environment. This internal client‑facing role will drive planning and execution of medium and large‑scale projects for the HR/HCM portfolio across various platforms. This role will take direction from the IT Director of G&A IT: HR/HCM and will report into the Portfolio Management for G&A IT. Regeneron project standards and processes will be followed to ensure that a well‑governed and controlled implementation approach is adhered to. Role and Responsibilities Strong background in SDLC and Project Management Principles (Project Planning, Project Requirements, Project Estimating, Resource Management, Scheduling and Controlling, Facilitation, Risk Management, Procurement, Reporting Status, and Change Management) Familiarity with Project/Program Management toolset, including HR Systems (Workday) and other key technologies Responsible for project oversight, execution, and controls Contributes to project initiation, scope definition and scope control Drives tasks to completion and maintains schedules Prepares project status reports for PMO and/or stakeholders Provides project status, anticipates challenges, communicates dependencies, issues and risks Supervises project team to successful project completion Collaborates with business and technical teams to provide consistent and collaborative communication Tracks progress and adherence to plan for scope, budget, and schedule Ensures the quality and on‑time delivery of technical implementation projects with supporting deliverables and artifacts Drives discovery phase to gather initial requirements and business goals Establishes business case to justify required investments Establishes project plan and cost estimates and manages delivery to ensure that goals and value propositions are met in line with original estimates Oversees 3rd party vendor resources to deliver on day‑to‑day execution Completes lessons learned sessions at the conclusion of each delivered project with a focus on continuous service improvement Governance (Project Risk/Budget Risk) Audits PMO specific content such as risks, issues, and changes Audits financial data monthly to ensure alignment between forecast and actual Provides weekly and monthly reporting towards attaining better data quality Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Consulting and Information Technology Industry Information Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
