Oracle EBS SCM Consultant - Onsite in SLP 3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Responsibilities Provide functional support for Oracle EBS Supply Chain Module. Analyze and resolve issues reported by end-users in a timely manner. Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements. Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for new implementations or updates. Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides. Deliver training sessions and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Oracle EBS. Work closely with technical teams to design and implement custom solutions or integrations. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. Resolve tickets within the defined SLA with detail resolution notes and solution. Qualifications Having experience working on Production Support Project. ServiceNow Experience would be added advantage. Should have previously managed Oracle EBS Supply Chain (SCM) projects. Should have prior experience as Oracle EBS Supply chain consultant (covering Purchasing, Inventory, Order mgmt and Shipping modules).
