**Golang Developer - Microservices & SRE in a Long-Term Project**:We are seeking an experienced Golang Developer with a strong background in Java, microservices, and MongoDB to join WIPRO’s long-term project. Your role will involve developing, supporting, and optimizing high-performance, distributed systems, ensuring stability and reliability in production environments. If you are proactive, collaborative, and committed to excellence, this is your chance to thrive in a dynamic and innovative team.**Responsibilities**:- Contribute 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java, Go, and MongoDB to develop and enhance microservices.- Design, implement, and support microservices, web services, and distributed systems.- Utilize production/platform tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and Splunk for incident management and monitoring.- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines following DevOps best practices.- Support and troubleshoot complex issues under pressure, ensuring system stability.- Collaborate effectively within Agile/Scrum teams, providing clear communication and coordination.- Gain experience working in L3 support and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) environments, with exposure to monitoring and alerting systems.**Required Skills**:- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Golang, Java, microservices, and MongoDB.- Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture, web services, and microservices.- Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.- Prior experience supporting production environments (L3 Support/SRE).- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools.- Excellent communication skills in English (Advanced).**Preferred Skills**:- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.**What We Offer**:- Hybrid work mode from Insurgentes Sur, Mexico City (Benito Juárez).- Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.- Superior benefits including:- Long-term project duration of 32 months, with opportunities for growth and impact.
