If you are a skilled Graphic PowerPoint Presentation Designer to join our team and transform complex ideas into visually compelling and engaging presentations. As a Presentation Designer, you will collaborate with various teams to understand their content and goals, and then craft visually appealing slides that effectively communicate the message, then this role is just for you**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and understand presentation objectives. Design visually captivating PowerPoint slides that align with the company's branding and messaging. Utilize a creative approach to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand visual elements. Incorporate graphics, images, charts, and multimedia elements to enhance presentations. Create and implement consistent templates and layouts to maintain a professional visual identity. Ensure visual clarity and aesthetic appeal while adhering to brand guidelines. Edit and refine existing presentations, improving their overall visual impact. Stay updated on design trends, PowerPoint features, and software enhancements. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED****Experiences** **& Qualifications**Proven experience in designing PowerPoint presentations with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint. Solid understanding of design principles, layout and typography. Excellent visual communication skills and attention to detail. Strong English language skills. Knowledge of basic video editing of internal trainings. Ability to distil complex information into concise and engaging visuals. Familiarity with brand consistency and the ability to adapt designs accordingly. Ability to work with colleagues across multiple time zones, countries and cultures. Willingness and drive for process excellence.Desirable:- Prior Multinational companies experience.**Skills**Excellent visual communication skills and attention to detail. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with content creators, stakeholders, and team members. Strong English language skills, Flexibility, self-confidence, and enthusiasm with strong interpersonal skills, Strong communication and organizational skills, Attention to detail, Can switch between multiple tasks, Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**Leadership**Purpose & Service; Personal Mastery; Agility, Business Acumen.
