**Job Description**:**Job ID**:- **Company**:- Siemens Industry, Inc.**Organization**:- Smart Infrastructure**Job Family**:- SCM-Procurement / Supply Chain Logistics**Experience Level**:- Experienced Professional**Full Time / Part Time**:- Full-time**Remote vs Office**:- Office/Site only**Contract Type**:- Permanent- Demand analysis versus in house inventory and materials in transit in order to mantain an accurate coverage.- Ensure on time delivery of the assigned materials.- Develop tactical strategies to increase the supply chain efficiencies (VMI, Stocking agreement, Blancket PO, Kanban, etc..) Ensure purchase orders placement with no delays.- Medium and long term vision of the potential disruptions of materials supply in order to implement maeasures with time in advance in order to prevent shortages impact- NEXTGEN - Work on supplier's invoice payment (eliminate road blocks for payment)- Excellent attitude is a must- Hard worker and driven to excellence is a must- Previous experience as a materials buyer or planner buyer and / or in the supply chain in a materials procurement and replenishment environment.- Office (excel, word) knowledge - is a must Power point and outlook **is a plus- English (written, oral, read) - is a must- SAP - **is a plus
