Commnunity Host

We are looking for an **outgoing and motivated Community Host** to join our team and help create an exceptional experience for our guests. This role combines hospitality, community management, and basic maintenance to ensure our properties run smoothly and offer a welcoming environment.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Event Organization**: Plan and host **2 weekly events** to promote interaction and a sense of community among guests.- **Check-In/Check-Out**: Oversee and ensure a seamless experience for guests upon arrival and departure.- **Guest Communication**: Serve as the main point of contact to answer questions, provide recommendations, and address requests during their stay.- **Reservation Management**: Handle platforms like Airbnb, Booking, and U-Co’s internal system to ensure smooth operations.- **Basic Property Maintenance**: Conduct regular property inspections, address minor repairs, and coordinate with technicians when needed.**Requirements**:- **Experience**: Minimum **1 year of experience in hospitality**, tourism, or a similar role.- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in **English and Spanish** (spoken and written).- **Personality**: Outgoing, friendly, and excellent interpersonal skills.- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.- **Flexibility**: Willingness to adapt to a dynamic, service-oriented environment.**What We Offer**:- Competitive salary.- A dynamic and community-focused work environment.- Opportunities for growth within the company.- Fixed day off on Mondays.**How to Apply**:**Join U-Co and help create a space where community and hospitality come together**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $10,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesPago complementario:- Bono mensualTipo de jornada:- Incluye fines de semana- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- Recepcionista: 1 año (Deseable)- Atención al cliente en Hoteles/Airbnbs: 1 año (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
