**Job Function**:Quality**Job Sub Function**:Quality Training**Job Category**:People Leader**All Job Posting Locations**:Ciudad Juarez, MexicoFueled by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, we’re developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments.**We are searching for the best talent for Sr Manager Training to be in Juarez City.****You will be responsible for**:- Contribute and Influence Development of Global Training Strategy across all MD Q&C and Supply Chain synergies, best practices, and Technology.- Define regional priorities and Successful execution of Training Requirements enabling business commitments associated with Service, Quality, Financials & Talent for the region.- Own regional training strategy and Planning for Training current and future business needs (enhancing and incorporation of new capabilities).- Influencing and shaping focus and outcomes on the sponsored strategic programs- Overall Management Training Quality System and Compliance Readiness- Driving resolutions of escalation associated with QMS, Compliance, Remediation & Audit Strategies related to training.- Regional Training - end to end planning and execution of Training requirements for the region:- Planning - Planning and scheduling trainings- Training Services - Training execution- Technology - Deployment- Training Strategy shaping and implementation.- Metrics and performance for the region- Financials: Overall Management responsibilities including planning for current and future business needs (BP and LRFP commitments) for the region.- Talent: Overall Management responsibilities including planning for current and future business needs (enhancing and incorporation of new capabilities) for the region.- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures- Performs other duties assigned as needed- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level- Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures**Qualifications / Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree required and/or relevant years of experience. Advanced degree (e.g. MS; PhD, MD) or graduate study are a plus.- Minimum 8yrs of experience in the Pharmaceutical; Consumer/Personal Products, Device or Healthcare Industry.- Preferred Area of Study: Science or other learning & development related discipline.- Preferred Related Industry Experience (if applicable): Healthcare; Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Products; Devices- Business leader with strong compliance background willing to make decisions and constructive challenger.- Communication, influencing and partnering skills.- Ability to develop talent across all levels.- Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Fluent in English required, and languages are a plus
