At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.**Accountabilities**:- Execute purchase request using SAP, Ariba, Oracle, MyBuy Purchasing systems and processes- Create capital and other goods and services (OG&S) purchase orders and receive invoices for capital projects- Interact with suppliers and contractors to manage flow of purchase payment instructions and change orders- Maintain and distribute purchase order packages to appropriate field personnel and authorized agents.- Resolve purchase order and receipt of goods and services discrepancies.- Demonstrate a solid working knowledge of the SAP, Oracle and Ariba purchasing systems.- Provide training to new managers on purchasing policies and procedures, as needed.Qualifications:**What are we looking for?**- Fluent in English required- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering or similar field preferred- Procurement process knowledge and 0-1 years of relevant experience required- Capital project, construction, accounting, or purchasing experience helpful- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management- Purchasing systems knowledge (Oracle, Ariba, SAP) helpful- Strong organizational skills- Solid computer skills with Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs**Thank you so much for considering PepsiCo to start or continue your career
