Your expertise will be instrumental in facilitating the effortless onboarding of new clients onto our platform, directly contributing to their satisfaction and long-term success.**A Typical Day**:- Collaborate with the Sales team to grasp client needs and project requirements.- Manage the client onboarding process, including data migration, system configuration, and user training.- Configure and test Deliverect integrations with client's Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and other relevant platforms.- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the activation process, addressing questions and troubleshooting any technical issues.- Document activation processes and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.- Maintain expertise in the Deliverect platform to effectively guide clients.- Proactively identify and resolve
