**Job Summary**:The Order Management Specialist II is responsible for receiving new and incoming changes to customer demand, entering/updating projects, field resource assignments, and billing data in company systems overseeing order management for 2-3 regions. Serves as a liaison to the Service Managers, Outage Managers, and Invoice to Cash (Billing) team to ensure orders are entered properly, ensuring that the dispatching of field resources and billing are both timely and accurate.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:- Receive incoming orders and create new and changed Projects, Service Notifications, and Sales Orders in FieldCore systems, after ensuring the accuracy of the data from the GE customer systems- Liaise with Field Operations to resolve issues when complete and accurate information is not provided- Ensure accuracy of pricing selection, site information, and project information- Delegate Customer Master Data and bill rates issues to Master Data Specialists (MDS) for resolution- Resolve Tickets relating to issues on Projects and Billing- Respond in a timely manner to issues from Payroll, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and project setup issues related to financial period closings- Generate, distribute, and manage multiple Order Entry Reports as needed to monitor and correct project setup issues- Escalate transactions outside standard operating procedure to Supervisor to determine process on how to proceed- Interface with Human Resources, Payroll, Invoice-to-Cash, and regional teams to ensure cross functionality within processes- Coach colleagues as required- Provide coverage during weekends, holidays, and overtime as required (on a rotation basis)- Minimal travel may be required- May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive the FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.**Required Qualifications & Experience**:- HS Diploma, or equivalent- 2+ years’ experience of relevant work experience in field operations, customer service or office administration role where daily activities are time-based and measured- Basic to intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)- English proficiency required (written and verbal)**Desired Characteristics**:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred- Intermediate working knowledge of SAP ECC, especially Project Systems, Sales & Distribution, Customer Service modules- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication, time management and organizational skills- Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and creative thought processing skills- Ability to multi-task, coordinate, and plan daily workload- Proven ability to produce results**About FieldCore**:- FieldCore is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sex, national origin, age, veteran status, status as a qualified individual with a disability, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, ancestry, genetic information, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law._
