Zarządzaj tym, co porusza świat.Stanowisko to podlega:Accounting & Reporting Mgr-Receivable**Your Role: Own the Challenge**In this role, you will support Accounts Receivable and/or Credit activities in alignment with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. You will be responsible for managing and analyzing accounts receivable data, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant accounting standards.The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-HybridGlobal relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.This role is contributing to the Finance Services in Mexico.**You will be mainly accountable for**:- Participate in internal initiatives and projects to continuously improve financial accounting and reporting processes within the Accounts Receivable team.- Perform quality checks on financial reporting data, including fluctuation monitoring.- Ensure compliance with Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) for applicable templates; participate in internal control testing and prepare relevant documentation.- Execute accounting analyses and maintain accurate transaction documentation within your area of responsibility.**Qualifications**:- 1-2 years of experience in credit and collections.- Knowledge of accounting and financial principles.- Familiarity with credit and collections policies.- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is a must.- Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required.**We also offer our employees the following benefits**:- Paid parental leave- Life insurance- Retirement plan- Health and dental insurance- Wellbeing program- Flex days- Employee Assistance Program (PAE)- Access to development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)
