Job Description: IT Business Analyst **Responsibilities**: - Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT teams to elicit, analyze, translate business requirements; work with Tech Leads to translate solution framework into technology specifications and solution implementations in collaboration with Architects - Analyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications and make recommendations for improvements - Partner with process owners to build and maintain process flows, attributes, design papers, etc. - Build system prototypes and proof of concepts to validate requirements - Proactively discover, drive, and resolve production issues, break-fixes, and enhancement opportunities - Provide analysis, design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement, including agile project management, needs assessment, solution analysis, and business process documentation and governance - Guide Business partners in creating and validating end-to-end process-based requirements and support Tech leads in creating the technical specifications - Support business standards and best practices by process auditing, training, and user group engagement - Help drive design and implementation of future Oracle Applications Education & Experience - BA/BS required with work experience in Engineering or Supply Chain Areas - 3-5 years’ experience in Oracle EBS (or other enterprise scale ERP) programming and/or development - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with and understand the needs of various stakeholders - Demonstrated project management experience in deployment and development of IT projects - Advanced Microsoft Office skills - SQL - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time - Extremely detail-oriented and deadline-driven; with high standards for accuracy - Knowledge of data capture and management strategies - Strong commitment to Environmental Stewardship Travel - Limited travel expected for this role,
