Business Information Security Officer

RGP is seeking a Business Information Security Officer. This person will be a Director-level or Senior Advisor to partner with the Chief Global Information Security Officer (CISO) at a leading global consumer goods company. This strategic consulting role is based in Mexico City and is ideal for a bilingual professional (Spanish & English) with deep expertise in cybersecurity, change management, and business strategy. What you will work on Advise the Global CISO on cybersecurity strategy and transformation initiatives Lead change management efforts across global security programs Align cybersecurity goals with broader business objectives Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders Identify and mitigate emerging security risks Support cross-functional collaboration across IT, risk, and business teams What you will bring Proven experience advising senior leadership in cybersecurity strategy Strong background in change management and organizational transformation Executive presence and excellent communication skills Expertise in risk management and evolving cybersecurity technologies Solid financial fluency and business acumen Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English Experience in consumer goods or global enterprise environments is a plus What you can expect Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite. Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
