New company in Tecate, Baja California.Joing our work team as QA Engineer.(Giro de Manufactura electronica)Responsibilities and DutiesManagement of quality planning activities for NPI and Mass Production to assure robust APQP and mass production processes (example: generation of Control Plans from prototypes to mass production, generation of inspection plans, definition of AQL for incoming materials based on quality performances).Definition of suitable Measurement Systems for the purpose and definition of testing jig/fixture/equipment to accomplish the quality objectivesCoordination of MSA and Measurement Systems Calibration managementImplementing and updating the Company's Quality Management System according to ISO9001:2015Coordination of External and Internal CAPAs due to External/Internal eventsNon-conformity management according to 8D methodologyProposal of CAPEX and OPEX budget allocation of QA activitiesCoordination of Internal and External Audits (System / Process / Product)Coordination of 5S Audits and activitiesContinuous Improvement activities to reduce process variations and increase efficiencyExecution on SQE activities, providing quality scorecards for the Company's supply chainManagement of legal/regulatory quality activities (ex. UL compliances)Generation of PQ (Performance Qualification) for production jig/fixture to ensure compliance with requirements.Promoting Poka-Yoke culture in the CompanyQualification and SkillsISO19011:2018 knowledgeSix Sigma Green Belt certifiedEngineering Bachelor degree or aboveProven QA knowledge and expertiseKnowledge in QMS softwaresKnowledge of measurement systems and MSAEnglish languageAbility to work with both METRIC and IMPERIAL systemsProject Management capabilitiesMinitab knowledgeUse of IT tools like computer and Microsoft Office package
